From the Founder

Dear Friends,

Yikes! I never anticipated such an overwhelming response to the last issue. What started out as a simple plan-to share knowledge, ideas, perspectives, and platform-has turned into something phenomenal. I've heard from executives all over the world, owners of companies, college professors, and oodles of leaders now sharing the BizRibbon vision.

What is that vision?
Isn't it time we started looking out for eachother? What if we all shared information instead of hiding it? What can happen if we start looking at every negative situation as lesson to improve? Can't we all combine strengths to make business better? To make life better?

Yes, I'm an optimist. But, I firmly believe that by opening the doors to the brightest and most inspiring minds in business we can begin to see our futures more clearly. Maybe some of the best answers in life are actually questions. Maybe some of the biggest insights come from places we never thought to look. And, maybe sharing advice is actually the best way to discover solutions to our own hurdles.

Hey, I don't need tell anyone that the world has changed recently. But, I do think it's my responsibility to share anything I can, with everyone I can, so we can all maneuver in the new world. That's why this publication is free-and always will be.

Again, I hope you enjoy this issue of BizRibbon. I hope you share it with your friends, peers, employees, managers, and colleagues. Hey, share it with your vendors, stakeholders, board members, community organizations and customers. The point here is sharing. Maybe you'll share an article with someone who changes thier life, perspective, or focus. Like I said before, sometimes the answers we seek come from places we never expected to find them.

Information, insight, leadership, and great ideas are the most valuable currency-especially in today's economy. And, I hope that through this free publication, you'll discover a piece of information that can boost your spirit, your productivity, and your bottom-line.

Enjoy. Subscribe! There's an arsenal of great thinkers coming in future issues.

Respectfully,
Todd Nordstrom

P.S. Statistically, nearly 50% of letter readers will read a postscript before reading anything else on the page?

P.S.S. Because of the previous postscript, I'm pretty certain that anything I write here will be read. If you've skimmed to the bottom (and I know there are a few of you) just be informed that you may have missed the most important information. Subscribe today. It's free.
